Library OneSearch
Use Library OneSearch - OU's consolidated catalog - to find additional print books and ebooks. Library OneSearch also searches articles, dissertations, videos, and other resources, so use the "Source Type" filter to limit your retrieval to just "Books" and "eBooks."
- Print Books - Find the title in Library OneSearch, jot down the call number, find the book on the 3rd floor of the Kresge Library building, and check it out at the Access Services desk by the entrance. More information about borrowing books.
- eBooks - Find the title in Library OneSearch, and use the full text access options to access the book online. Be aware that an ebook might have limits on how long you can have it checked out, how much you can download or print, etc. These details are often included on the page that gives you access to the table of contents and full text.
If we don't have a book you need, you may request it via InterLibrary Loan (ILL). We will borrow it from another library, and you will be able to check it out from the Kresge Library building. This is a free service for faculty and students. For books, we recommend using the MelCat option.
