The Library of Things is a collection of non-traditional items that support Oakland University and Kresge Library’s mission of providing services and resources to support student success, defraying expenses and increasing opportunities for our users, promoting sustainability efforts and encouraging lifelong learning. These items are available for OU students, faculty and staff to check out in accordance with the Circulation Policy and Use Agreement. Examples of items offered in the Library of Things include rarely used or hard-to-store equipment like sewing machines, clothing steamers, lawn games, bake-ware, tools, electronics, and more.
