Getting Started

Research and read lots of information to develop an understanding of your topic.

START by exploring Library OneSearch - the OU Libraries consolidated catalog -  to find print and online books, book chapters, journals, scholarly articles, newspapers and more! Use the "Tweak Your Results" feature on the left to limit your retrieval to the kinds of publication you want, e.g. "Books" (under "Type") and "Available online" (under "Availability).

*Try search terms like "gluten free" AND diet AND benefits and "Tweak your results" narrow your retrieval to "Availability - Peer-reviewed journals." Limit to articles from scholarly publications, including peer-rev
