Accessing Full Text via Google Scholar

You can configure Google Scholar to recognize your affiliation with Oakland University, which enables direct access to full-text articles and other electronic resources provided by OU Libraries.  Off-campus access to these items are limited to current students, faculty, and staff.

Once set up, links to library-licensed content will appear in your search results—typically labeled "Full Text @ OU Libraries".

1.  Go to the Google Scholar homepage.

2.  Click the menu icon (☰)in the upper left corner and select "Settings."

3.  In the left menu, choose "Library Links."

4.  In the search box, type "Oakland University" and click the search icon.

5.  Check the box next to "Oakland University – Full Text @ OU Libraries."

6.  Click "Save."
