How to Prepare

Before August 26th, save any information you want to retain from your OneSearch account by emailing those items to yourself or importing them into a citation management tool such as Zotero. If you have any hyperlinks to records in Library OneSearch, you will need to update them with corresponding links in the new interface.

Any items saved to your OneSearch folder should migrate over to the new interface; however, custom folders, saved searches, and permalinks will not migrate or work correctly post-launch.

After August 26th to access the full scope of the new OneSearch, sign in using your Oakland University credentials by clicking the Sign In option in the top menu bar of the main search page. You will be prompted for your NetID and password. If you choose not to log in or do not have a NetID, you will still be able to search most discovery content; however, you will not be able to place holds or view full-text content.
